It’s 2001. A new photographic circle emerges in Kraków. Spontaneously combined forces unite people under a common idea: Krakow Photomonth. Common joy and energy translate into action, which then continues for years. The festival grows, changes, and develops. It is built by dozens of coordinators, throngs of volunteers, and staff of cooperating institutions.
It’s 2017. Two months are left to the opening of the 15th edition of the festival. We want to celebrate it all together. Once again, we wish to talk about photography, to honour all those who for years have been creating and supporting this initiative, who have stimulated us to explore and experiment, encouraged us and simply confirmed that all our actions MAKE SENSE.
