Before the long weekend, on 27-28 April, our volunteers took part in workshops, organised by the Przestrzeń Rozwoju Foundation.
During the 1st day, Magdalena Pęcak was teaching #wolomfk how to develop auto presentation skills. On the 2nd day, the empathic communication workshops took place, led by Izabela Szczepaniak-Wiecha – Krakow Photomonth volunteers tried to learn about the problem-solving approach in interpersonal relations and about building the relationships based on mutual respect. Both workshops have been prepared due to teach practical skills, which led to improve the participants’ soft skills.
